Bastion4 uses a majority voting mechanism based on a set of RF classifiers, to make the final prediction of T4SEs. By feeding one or multiple protein sequences as the input to the online webserver and selecting a set of models for making the prediction, users are allowed to freely combine any individual models to customize an ensemble predictor.

An example of amino acid sequences in the FASTA format is presented, while a set of models will be used as the default setting at this webpage.
